INNOVATIVE MODEL 4TH SEM

Image
This innovative model visually represents the chapter The Unstoppable Soul Surfer. The newspaper background symbolizes real life, where unexpected challenges appear without warning. The blue paper waves show the powerful ocean and sudden obstacles faced by the surfer. The surfboard placed at the center highlights hope, balance, and determination. The rolled paper elements represent emotions like fear, pain, courage, and resilience. Through this model, students understand that life may bring difficulties, but with inner strength and a positive attitude, one can rise above every wave and move forward confidently.

Date: JANUARY 06 – JANUARY 8 2026 “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” The third week of my teaching practice during the second phase was short but productive, with only three classes scheduled for the week. Each day provided meaningful teaching experiences that helped me improve my instructional skills and classroom interaction. WEEKLY REFLECTION SECOND PHASE (fourth week )

24 NOVEMBER 2025- 28 NOVEMBER 2025  The entire weekend felt much calmer than the previous ones. We had the chance to directly observe many students, each displaying unique behaviours, learning styles, and levels of understanding. Despite these differences, I made it a point to include everyone in the learning process and encouraged each student to perform to the best of their ability. The school environment was very supportive, and the students were both cooperative and affectionate. We also handled substitution duties and discipline responsibilities, which gave us a deeper insight into how the school system functions. One of the most valuable lessons I gained was learning how to manage difficult students. Every learner is different, and they must be approached accordingly—some need love and patience, while others benefit from reassurance and gentle guidance. Overall, the weekend was peaceful, enjoyable, and productive. On the final day, Anamika Ma’am visited to observe my fellow...
