WEEKLY REFLECTION SECOND PHASE (fourth week )
24 NOVEMBER 2025- 28 NOVEMBER 2025
The entire weekend felt much calmer than the previous ones. We had the chance to directly observe many students, each displaying unique behaviours, learning styles, and levels of understanding. Despite these differences, I made it a point to include everyone in the learning process and encouraged each student to perform to the best of their ability.
The school environment was very supportive, and the students were both cooperative and affectionate. We also handled substitution duties and discipline responsibilities, which gave us a deeper insight into how the school system functions. One of the most valuable lessons I gained was learning how to manage difficult students. Every learner is different, and they must be approached accordingly—some need love and patience, while others benefit from reassurance and gentle guidance.
Overall, the weekend was peaceful, enjoyable, and productive. On the final day, Anamika Ma’am visited to observe my fellow trainees’ classes and also shared valuable feedback, which was very encouraging. My students were cooperative throughout the classes, making the experience even more rewarding.
