WEEKLY REFLECTION SECND PHASE (FIFTH WEEK)
Date: JANUARY 06 – JANUARY 8 2026
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
The third week of my teaching practice during the second phase was short but productive, with only three classes scheduled for the week. Each day provided meaningful teaching experiences that helped me improve my instructional skills and classroom interaction. I focused on learner participation, clarity of concepts, and effective use of teaching aids.
Another important aspect of this week was the conscious effort to connect lesson objectives with students’ real-life experiences. I tried to make my classes more interactive by encouraging students to think, respond, and express their ideas freely. Special attention was given to using suitable teaching aids and activity-based learning so that students could understand the concepts easily and participate actively in the learning process.

Reflection
This week helped me understand the importance of clear explanations and student-centered activities. Even with limited classes, effective planning and proper use of teaching aids made the lessons engaging and meaningful. The experiences strengthened my confidence and motivated me to adopt more interactive teaching strategies in future classes.
